Privacy notice

This is a planning tool operated by Let's Thryve for squadron CyberPatriot coordination. It is not an official CyberPatriot, Air & Space Forces Association, or Civil Air Patrol system and implies no endorsement.

What we collect: your name, squadron, grade level, meeting availability, general equipment information, and self-rated experience. We never ask for passwords, home addresses, dates of birth, or medical details.

Why: to schedule meetings, plan training, and identify equipment needs.

Who can see it: only you and authorized team leadership (coaches and administrators). Other cadets can never see your responses.

Retention: responses are kept for the current competition season and removed afterward unless leadership needs them for the next season.

Corrections or deletion: you can update your survey at any time. A cadet or parent/guardian may ask the team coach to correct or delete information.

Squadron leadership must approve this tool and its data handling, and obtain any required parent/guardian permissions, before collecting real cadet information.
